Maintenance History

Ability to view maintenance history by day type. Using the data that's available at the moment you could categorise it using normal training day, rest day/light training and sick/injured/travelling, however, it would be good if we could add custom tags so that we could view maintenance calories for particular session types such as games vs team trainings

Good idea! I'm thinking more about custom tags, so I have some questions to make sure they are fully aligned with what would be the most useful to you here:
- I'm thinking you would like to see your predicted energy on those days that you have games vs trainings?
- Do you use the activity score range targets, since they change based on training day/rest day/sick, etc? (Totally fine if not!)
- Would you prefer the custom tags affect the activity score range targets if you use them?
Thanks!

- Yes that's right, would be able to plan carb intake more accurately then to ensure I'm fuelling sufficiently for each type of training day and would also be able to get an idea of what overall calorie demands for those days are so that I can maintain weight throughout the season while periodising my nutrition throughout the week
- I do sometimes, I log whether it is a training/rest day but don't put too much stock into the activity targets. Just go about my training as normal unless I'm feeling beat up. It's not that they're inaccurate I just don't have a use for them
- Personally, it's more for the nutrition side of things but that's a very good idea. Ideal use case would be that I have something like a custom tag for team training, gym session, speed work and games and for each custom tag that I add Zolt would be able to estimate the amount of calories I burn through exercise based on previous days where them tags have been used. This could then be added to the predicted energy to give me targets throughout the day.
Let me know if you need any further info. Happy to give as much as you need
