Option to log alcohol/drink amount
Would be great to be able to log alcohol amount or number of drinks I had, ideally with time stamps. Then to get insights on the impact of various alcohol amounts and time of day of drinks on sleep and recovery.

Sickness predictor / symptom radar
A symptom radar similar to what oura has made would be pretty cool. It would use certain biometrics like HRV, Resting HR and Sleeping temperature to predict when you may be getting sick or when your body is strained. Of course this would only be for information purposes and not to medically diagnose.

Pull effort rating from Apple health
If I use apple workout app to track my workout, it prompts me for an effort rating. Instead of making me do the same in Zolt, pull the effort rating I already provided directly from apple health.

Combine sleep log after long interruption at night
I was up for a few hours this night. Looks like Apple Watch logged it as 2 separate sleep logs. Ideally, Zolt should recognize that both are part of the same log and combine them vs identifying the 2nd one as a nap.

Tailor macro planning to diet type
When you are building your profile and come to the macro section, having the ability to select diet types, may assist with calorie and meal planning, carnivore, keto, vegan ,vegetarian, low sugar as examples

Maintenance History
Ability to view maintenance history by day type. Using the data that's available at the moment you could categorise it using normal training day, rest day/light training and sick/injured/travelling, however, it would be good if we could add custom tags so that we could view maintenance calories for particular session types such as games vs team trainings
